Overall, I had a great experience (once again) in dealing with the crew at the Lee Myles located in Thornton, CO.I took my wife's Saturn Vue in for an oil change, free break inspection, and test drive to identify a strange sound emmitting from the the front end at speeds above 65mph.All were addressed professionally and with courtesy.I returned shortly thereafter to have them look at my 2002 Tacoma, inspect a front end rattle and to perform a radiator flush and fill.Nick is the new Office Manager, and is very courteous, and knowledgeable about many things related to care-care and maintenance. The new technician's name is Kelly, and he was also very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. He performed a thorough front-end inspection, found the source of the rattle and provided great advice regarding necessary repairs related to that specific issue.Kelly also discovered a potential problem with my clutch pedal, which was greatly appreciated. The only ding I would give this experience is that an "average fist-sized" oil stain was left on my upholstery and a smaller one on the interior driver-side door handle. It would be great if the shop guys would make a habit of using plastic seat covers while working on vehicles to avoid these kinds of annoying issues; and also if they took care to wipe down areas they may have come in contact with that may have residual grease such as steering wheels, gear shifters, door handles, etc..
Mario, Thanks so much for the positive review, and honest comments. I will positively reinforce our guys to use the provided seats covers. I'll contact you directly so we can get your upholstery cleaned asap. I appreciate you bringing it up. Thanks again! Jan
