Dear Sirs; I am completely amazed by your actions concerning my electrical problem. I would not expect a repair company to discount both, labor and parts. I understand the problem still exists, but you only insured that when it finally breaks, (whatever it is) your company will be the one I take it to. Plus, anyone asking about car repair, I know where to send them. In this day and age, it is a rare thing to encounter a business that considers reputation a vital part of service. I thank you, my wife thanks you.

I have known Jan, the franchise owner, for literally years and years. Jan is the most honest and trustworthy automobile professional I know. He's always been fair to me and my family in our repairs. When it comes to getting their car worked on, probably the single most important thing to someone is to not feel like they're getting ripped off. Many places know they have you right where they want you, and they take advantage of the situation. After all, are you really going to do tow your car to another place at that point? The people at Lee Myles go out of their way to make sure you understand what is needed to get the car back on the road, and they don't push for unnecessary repairs. They also stand behind their work and will fix something for free if there's any issues with repairs they've performed. Their location on Green Mtn isn't the most convenient now that I'm not working in that area, but it's worth the effort to get my car in to Lee Myles when it needs some attention. It's so refreshing to find a business that doesn't just see dollar signs when you walk in the door!

Michael and Jan are definitely people you want to deal with when it comes time to getting work done to your vehicle. I didnt get a chance to meet any of the technicians but the work performed on my car is enough to build trust with all of Lee Myles' staff. All around they got what it takes to be the best. I would definitely reccommend everyone going there to get any services done to their ride.

The owner at lee myles was very professional and friendly. The team gave great service, chaning my oil and rotating my tires in about 30 minutes.

My 2000 Dodge Stratus auto transmission went into what is called a "Limp Mode", staying in second gear only. I hooked up my OBD2 scanner and retrieved the fault codes, and called Michael at Lee Myles. He was quickly able to determine that the Soleniod Valve Assembly had gone bad. I was given a quote for the replacement, and that was the exact price I was charged. I dropped my car off on Friday P.M. and the work was completed by the following Monday P.M. Unlike other Repair Shops, or Dealerships they DID NOT try to upsell me on items I really did not need. They are very honest and get the job done right, and on time. I could not possibly offer a higher recommendation to an automobile mechanic. Unfortunately I see them a little too often, but when I do it is always a pleasant experience and I feel like I am treated fairly. Quit looking, take your car to Jan & Mike.

I took my Jeep wrangler in there to see what was leaking, these guys were really friendly and really helpful, explaining to me what was wrong in a very straightforward manner. I would highly recommend this business, these are the people to go to!

I chose Lee Myles b/c it was so close to my work and my car was in desperate need of repair. They close at 6 but I tried calling anyway and was happy to talk to someone immediately. That person was the owner and extremely nice and patient. I had never had my car worked on before so I was really nervous about the unexpected cost. I also figured they would talk down to me or rip me off b/c I'm a girl. I was wrong about both things. The owner chatted with me about the possible things that could be wrong and agreed to let me drop it off the very next morning. He even offered to take me to work if I needed a ride. After they figured out what was wrong, Michael, called me and explained everything that was wrong and my options. I was blown away by how much it was going to cost but he gave me options and didn't make me feel bad about choosing the cheaper option. Once I made my decision, my car was finished by the end of the day! I will definitely be taking my car back for any additional repairs.
