Took my 97 Mustang Sgt in for a radiator flush. Erik Ryd and his techs did a great job. They also performed a Tranny service for a leaking pan gasket. Again; they did a great job! Thanks Erik

ERIC IS THE MAN. I was having multiple random misfires with my vehicle and I went to a shop prior to this one to figure it out. The previous shop scanned it with their little scanner and said their “diagnostic” revealed that they needed to change one spark plug because only one cylinder was misfiring. I decided to do the service myself and change all the spark plugs and the one ignition coil for the cylinder they said was misfiring. The symptoms still persisted. Also all of the spark plugs were fine, but I was okay changing them as it hadn’t been done since I bought the car. NOW, When I went to Lee Myles, I was helped by Eric who was professional and very informative. He said he would run a diagnostic to figure out the problem. He determined that all the cylinders weren’t firing EXCEPT the one with the ignition coil that I replaced. How did he know? He went through the trouble of rotating all the ignition coils TWICE on my V6 engine only to find that the new ignition coil that I installed was the only one working. THATS A DIAGNOSTIC. He informed my Dad and me that he recommended replacing the other five ignition coils. I could have done them myself, but I wanted to support Eric and his family business because they are just AWESOME. He definitely got the job done faster than I would have anyway! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! I also come from a family that owns an auto repair shop in Hawaii and I understand the dedication and level of service needed to run a successful business in this field. Eric is great and provided excellent service for my family and me. He even impressed my Dad who is the owner of our family business! I Will not hesitate to come back when I need help!! THANKS AGAIN FOR TAKING CARE OF US!!

Called this shop and they were able to work in my daughters car in their schedule. Called with the diagnosis and amount it would cost in a timely manner. Called to let me know it was completed that same day. Thank you for the timely repair.

Service was done in a timely manner (timing on work done as promised). The job was very reasonably and competitively priced....and in this instance, it surpassed my expectations.
