The work was done speedily and well. They found where my brake fluid was leaking and replaced what was needed, and called attention to another problem (shock stabilizer) which they fixed.
Everyone at Lee Myles is great. I normally deal with Alex who is so polite and helpful and the Owner is also great; so friendly and very customer focused. And they gave me a ride to work;so great! The man who gave me a ride to work was very quiet but very nice and polite. I will be taking my car here all the time now! I would recommend them highly!
Fast, Efficient, and Thorough. Its nive to know that my car was thoroughly inspected and serviced for my up coming road trip.
Overpriced. Took my SUV for starter replacement. They charged $107 for troubleshooting/analysis even though I told them the problem and it was obvious when trying to start the vehicle. Every other shop I've dealt with for years absorbs the troubleshooting charge if they do the repair work. Then was charged $295 for starter when you can get the part locally at Napa or Advance Auto ($129 and $152). Excessive markup? I think so. Also AAA member and was referred there from AAA. However only gave 5% labor discount when AAA website stated 10% labor up to $50. End result: Truck got fixed. Paid too much.
