Lee Myles AutoCare + Transmissions Northglenn
After experiencing lesser quality service at other local car repair shops, my goal from the first time I stepped into this store was to establish a long-term relationship with a local repair shop whom I could trust. I met and spoke with Yon who manned the front counter and was pleased with his approachable demeanor.A recent shop I trusted with my pickup truck did not provide the best advice, nor did they follow rational diagnostic procedures that were in my best interest - which resulted in unnecessary parts replacement/repairs that ultimately did not resolve mechanical issues. Lee Myles Auto Repair not only performed a proper diagnostic, but they easily located and repaired the offending part.Although their repair bids usually come in a bit higher than other shops, I continue to bring both of my family's vehicles in because I prefer that my "go-to" repair shop be familiar with my vehicles, and to keep track of past repairs. The shop seems to have a high turn-over in regards to the guys who actually wrench on the vehicles, but I have been impressed with the level of "know-how" they have conveyed during conversations.Short list of services performed on my vehicles at this location thus far include, but are not limited to: Transmission, Water Pump and Timing Belt replacement on an aging Saturn; Brake inspections and replacement/repair, Oils changes, Radiator Flushes and Dual Differential Service, Charcoal Canister and Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor replacement on my Tacoma.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable/competent repair shop with friendly service. I would however also recommend that clients do some pre or post research regarding any major repairs and price shop for parts pricing. In the long run, establishing a relationship with any shop is key; and you're shop's familiarity with your vehicles repair history is very important as well.OFTEN TIMES, THE CHEAPEST SERVICE ESTIMATE DOES NOT EQUATE THE BEST REPAIR RESULTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
